In 2024, B+B International S.r.l. adopted an Organisational and Control System pursuant to (Italian) Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, with the aim of clearly defining the principles and standards of conduct that must guide the actions of all individuals who, at various levels of responsibility, contribute to the company’s operations, including any external parties, irrespective of their designation. An overview of the System, as well as the Company’s Code of Ethics, can be consulted at the following link: https://bbinternational.com/modello231/.
As a natural consequence, this Supplier Code of Conduct has been drafted, which applies to any organisation that
- enters into a contract with B+B International S.r.l. (“B+B”) for the supply of goods or services to B+B;
- or enters into a contract with B+B for the purpose of providing services to B+B’s customers;
- or has entered into a business relationship with B+B to establish a prominent position in the marketplace (“Supplier”). In this manner, the supply chain also contributes to the development of economically, socially and environmentally responsible business that foster positive impacts and minimize negative impacts, generating value for both the company itself and all stakeholders.
Our expectation is that B+B’s Suppliers will support the company’s commitment to doing not only what is good for business, but also what is good for B+B’s staff and the communities in which the individuals live and work.
