Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to articles 13-14 of Reg. (EU) 2016/679

 

B+B International s.r.l., in the form of its acting legal representative, with registered office in Vicolo Boccacavalla 3/F – G, 31044 Montebelluna – (VAT number 02483170268), hereinafter, “Data Controller”, as Data Controller of personal data pursuant to articles 4, part 7) and 24 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 onthe protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, “Regulation”) pursuant to article 13 of the Regulation, declares that it will process personal data of users of the site.

  1. What data do we process?

REGISTERING ON THE SITE: when registering on the site, the Data Controller will collect the name, surname, e-mail address and contact information.

REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION: the personal data collected by the Data Controller in order to forward the requests for information are personal contact and identification data.

ORDER MANAGEMENT: to manage orders placed by customers via e-commerce sites, personal contact and identification data are required, including name, tax code and address where the goods are to be sent.

RECEIVING NEWSLETTERS: an email address is required in order for us to send you newsletters.

 

  1. Legal basis and purposes of processing

 REGISTRATION ON THE SITE: the purpose is to register in the reserved area of the website and data processing is necessary to provide you with a service and is thus necessary for the execution of a contract to which you are party.

REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION: the purpose is to manage and respond to requests for information. Processing is necessary to provide you with a service and therefore necessary for the execution of a contract to which you are party.

ORDER MANAGEMENT: the purpose of the processing is the management of orders, the shipment of goods, providing after-sales assistance and more generally the management of the relationship with the customer. Processing is necessary for the execution of a contract to which you are party.

RECEIVING NEWSLETTERS: the purpose is to subscribe to the newsletter service issued by the Data Processor. By law, the consent of the data subject has to be provided.

 

  1. Methods of processing

 The personal data collected through the services present on this website are processed electronically, with respect for the principles of minimization, lawfulness, correctness and transparency. This may include third parties who have been duly appointed as external managers, such as web service providers, and newsletter and consultancy services

The data will be processed exclusively by personnel who have been authorized and trained by the data controller.

The data controller will process the data for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Data collected for sending out of the newsletter for which consent is a legal requirement, may be retained for 12 months. After this time consent will be requested again.

 

  1. Rights of the data subject (articles 15-22 Reg. (EU) 2016/679)

The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet registered, and to have the details communicated in an intelligible form.

1 – The data subject shall have the right to obtain information on:

  • the origin of the personal data;
  • the purposes and methods of processing;
  • the reason data is collected when this is done with the aid of electronic instruments;
  • the identity of the designated data controller, managers and representative pursuant to article 5, part 2;
  • the subjects or categories of subjects to whom your personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as a designated representative within the country, or managers or agents.

2 – The data subject shall have the right to obtain:

  • updating, corredction or, if they so wish, integration of personal data;
  • the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  • confirmation that actions referred to in parts a) and b), including the content of such actions, have been brought to the attention of recipients of the data, except in circumstances where achieving this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected;
  • data portability.

3 – The data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part to:

  • the processing of your personal data for legitimate reasons, even where these are pertinent to the purpose for which they were collected;
  • the processing of your personal data for the purposes of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
